QR labels
Print QR labels for pieces and places on Avery and Zweckform sheets, and open them with a scan.

Print labels for a collection
- Open a collection, tap ⋯, and choose Print QR labels.
- Under Items, choose which pieces get a label.
- Choose the Label sheet: Avery or Zweckform sheets on A4, the classic sizes A4 to A8 of any brand, US Letter, or a format of your own (New format).
- On a sheet that is partly used, choose Start at label 5 or any other first label.
- Under On the label, choose Code only, Code and title, or Code, title, and details.
- Tap Create labels, then Print, Preview, or Share.
Print at 100 % (actual size), not "fit to page".
Labels for one piece: on its page under Codes, tap Print label. Labels for a place: on its page, ⋯ › Print QR label.
What a label holds
The code holds only a random identifier of the piece or the place, nothing else. The piece's inventory number, such as K-0001, is printed under it. Any text you choose to print can be read by anyone who sees the piece.
Sensitive fields are left out. To print them, turn on Include sensitive fields; Kuriosa asks every time.
When the labels do not line up
- Tap Test sheet with outlines and print it on plain paper.
- Hold it against a label sheet.
- Under Adjust position, move the outlines until they match. Negative values move left or up.
The position is kept for that sheet on this iPhone.
Scanning a label
The scan button at the top left of every tab reads the label and opens its piece or place. The iPhone's own camera opens it too. See Search and scan.
QR labels come with Kuriosa Unlimited. The test sheet is free.
