Activity and undo
Every change, newest first, each with Undo, and the log as a file for professionals.

Undo right away
After you save, delete, move, or change the status of something, a banner names it. Its Undo takes back the whole step, photos included.
Activity
Activity lists every change, newest first, grouped by day: what was added, changed, moved, or deleted, with the values that changed. Open it:
- for everything: in the ⋯ menu of the Collections tab, or in Settings › Activity;
- for one collection or the wishlist: in its ⋯ menu;
- for one piece: in the ⋯ menu of its page.
The chips at the top narrow the list, for example to Pieces, Collections, Places, or Backups. Show more loads older steps. Tap a step about a piece to open the piece.
Undo an older step
Every step has its own Undo. An undo is a step of its own, so it can be undone too. If the same fields were changed again later, Kuriosa warns you first: Undo anyway overwrites those later changes.
A change cannot be undone when its photos or files were deleted for good in Your data.
Changes made on another iPhone that shares your library are marked On another iPhone.
Export the log
With Kuriosa Pro, the log of every change becomes a file for insurers and auditors:
- In Activity, tap ⋯ › Export log ….
- Choose the Time span: Everything, Last 30 days, This year, or From a day to a day.
- Choose PDF or CSV, then Preview or Share.
The log of a piece or a collection contains only its own changes. Sensitive values read "hidden" unless you include them for this one file, with a warning and Face ID or your passcode.
