Overview
What your collection is worth, by collection and by place, in your currency.

What the Overview shows
The Overview tab adds up your collection:
- the Total value and the number of pieces, with what you paid for them;
- what needs attention, such as pieces that are lent out or at service, and what was sold;
- the value By collection and By place, with bars to compare them;
- since when you collect, and quiet Milestones, such as your first or your tenth piece.
A piece counts with its estimated value, or with its purchase price when it has no estimate. Sold, given-away, and lost pieces are left out of the values. Wishes do not count.
Leave collections out
Tap the filter button at the top and untick the collections you want to leave out, with everything in them. A line under the total names what is left out; Include all brings everything back. This iPhone remembers your choice; it does not change your collection.
Several currencies
Each price keeps its own currency. Choose your Default currency in Settings › Display.
When your collection has prices in other currencies, Kuriosa converts the totals into your default currency with the official reference rates of the European Central Bank, and marks them with ≈. Only these public rates are loaded; nothing about you or your collection is sent. A currency the bank does not publish stays apart.
To keep totals apart per currency and never load rates, turn off Convert totals in Settings › Display.
Privacy mode
The eye at the top right turns on Privacy mode: every value and every sensitive field is hidden while you show your collection to someone. Tap it again, Show values, to see them. The same switch is in the ⋯ menu of the Collections tab.
Values are calculated on your iPhone. No prices are looked up online.
